Having sprinted for Ilford and Woodford athletics club, cardio sessions can be held at a track in addition to inside a gym. Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Not only will you have a great cardio workout but I can also correct your sprinting technique to help you run even faster and burn that fat off quicker!
